Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Griffith has adeptly managed IT projects valued between $1 million and $20 million, demonstrating his ability to oversee large-scale initiatives. He has successfully supervised teams of 20 to 200 members, holding various crucial roles, including Lead Network Systems Integration, Information Technology Project Manager, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Network Engineer II, Joint Exercise Planner, Senior Advisor to Operational Strategies, Operations Chief, Chief Information Officer, and Technical Advisor.

Mr. Megahed is a seasoned professional engineer with a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in telecommunications and systems engineering. He has served in various capacities with the U.S. Department of War, the U.S. Department of State, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and the commercial sector. Mr. Megahed has a Master’s degree in Telecommunication System Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, and an Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Throughout his career, Mr. Megahed has overseen programs valued between $3 million and $150 million and successfully managed teams worldwide. His diverse professional background includes Lead Network Systems and Distribution Systems Engineer, Lead Communication Engineer and Project Manager, Communication Engineering Manager, Military Signal Planner, and Technical Advisor.

Mr. Megahed’s extensive experience has endowed him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in producing quantitative results. He has earned recognition for his proficiency and has held positions such as Chief Engineer, Technical Group Manager, Interoperability Program Manager, Enterprise Architect, and Chief Technology Advisor at United States Air Forces Europe and Africa

At M2SC, Mrs. Griffith leads human resources and customer relations, supporting the people and organizational needs of the company’s defense-, commercial, and technology-focused professional services. Mrs. Griffith is an administrative specialist with more than 25 years of experience working in the international industry and with the U.S. Government.

Her experience includes serving as a Housing Management Specialist at a U.S. Army Garrison (USAG), which has strengthened her background in government administration and organizational support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Hawaii Pacific University and earned a German vocational diploma as an Industriekauffrau, specializing in industrial business administration.

As M2TCI Command and Control (C2) & Program Director, Mrs. Megahed leads enterprise program execution, mission systems integration, and the advancement of operational technologies across defense and coalition environments. Bringing over two decades of distinguished experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and the Intelligence Community (IC). Mrs. Megahed specializes in aligning complex C4ISR/C2 capabilities with operational requirements.

An accomplished program leader and systems strategist, she provides authoritative oversight across project lifecycles, Agile execution, data governance, and secure cross-domain information architecture.

As Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Manager, Mr. S. Megahed manages M2TCI cybersecurity and information assurance programs. He provides analytics for corporate risk assessment, security documentation, and the protection of organizational information.

His responsibilities include exploring systems and processes for potential security risks, documenting findings, assessing the potential impact of identified risks, establishing appropriate mitigation actions, and ensuring compliance with requirements. Mr. Megahed consults on public policy and strategic planning for both international government agencies and the private sector and advises on major Cybersecurity organizations and events. management

Mr. Hanafi has extensive experience in computer engineering, providing software solutions across diverse technologies and business domains. His technical experience spans software development, RESTful APIs, databases, system integrations, data engineering, and data pipelines.

He oversees M2TCI multidisciplinary teams that address client software needs in planning major new and innovative technology programs. He managed the development of data-driven applications, implemented business logic, integrated services, and developed reliable software components that support real-world business operations. Mr. Hanafi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and continues to broaden his expertise across M2TCI in software engineering, data engineering, system design, and modern application development.
